ContentOracle AI Terms of Service
Last Updated: 21 October 2024These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ContentOracle AI chat plugin ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service ContentOracle AI is a content management system (CMS) plugin that integrates a chat window block into your website. This block enables communication between website visitors and your platform by forwarding messages and relevant content (e.g., posts or product information) to the ContentOracle AI API. The API processes and logs the data, then forwards it to a third-party large language model (LLM) API, which provides domain-specific responses. The responses, along with relevant action content, are sent back to the website visitor.
2. User Responsibilities As a user of the Service, you agree to the following:
- You are responsible for ensuring the legality and appropriateness of all content and data you send through the chat window block.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including data protection and privacy regulations, in your region.
- You are solely responsible for the interactions between your site visitors and the Service.
- You will not use the Service to send any content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
3. Data Processing and Privacy By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Messages and content from your site visitors will be forwarded to the ContentOracle AI API for processing.
- The ContentOracle AI API may log certain data for processing and operational purposes.
- Processed data may be forwarded to third-party APIs (such as LLM APIs, including Mistral and Anthropic) to generate responses.
- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your site visitors for the collection and processing of their data.
4. Third-Party Services ContentOracle AI may integrate with third-party APIs (e.g., LLM APIs) to provide its core functionality. You acknowledge that:
- The Service relies on these third-party APIs, and ContentOracle AI is not responsible for any actions, errors, or omissions by these third-party services.
- You will comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party services.
